At The Health Collective (THC), our counseling and courses are based on Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic model that helps you understand how different parts of yourself - protectors, managers, firefighters, and exiles - emerge as coping mechanisms in response to past trauma or stress. By identifying and integrating these parts, we support healing, emotional regulation, and deeper self-awareness.
