About The Health Collective
At The Health Collective, we believe healing starts with reconnection to yourself, your body, and your inner knowing. We’re not here to fix you…we’re here to walk alongside you as you remember your strength, soften your self-judgment, and create space for ease. Founded by two former athletes turned therapists, our practice is built on the belief that it is your birthright to feel calm, confident, and at home within yourself! This is a space for real people, real healing, and real transformation - at your own pace, in your own way.

Tori Head
Tori supports both adults and children in gently untangling anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm, and relationship patterns that feel stuck.
She’s certified in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and complex trauma play therapy. Whether working with kids or adults, her approach invites curiosity, connection, and compassion - so healing doesn’t just feel possible, it feels embodied.
Tori’s work is grounded in the belief that true change happens when we reconnect with the body, soften protective patterns, and build a more compassionate relationship with all parts of ourselves.
Using a trauma-informed, somatic lens, she helps people tune into what’s happening beneath the surface - in the nervous system, the unconscious, and the inner world. Her sessions blend body-based tools, parts work, and nervous system regulation to support emotional release, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change from the inside out.
In her personal life, she’s a personal trainer who believes deeply in the power of movement to support mental and emotional health. She’s also a proud dog mom to two emotional support animals, Tully and Tundra. She loves to move - whether that’s skiing, running, surfing, or simply spending time outdoors. Being with family and enjoying nature are at the heart of her lifestyle.
She offers in-person and online support that bridges the mental and physical - helping people come home to themselves in a way that feels safe, supported, and sustainable.
Contact ToriDani Smith
Dani’s holistic and personalized approach draws from various evidence-based, trauma-informed practices, including somatic techniques, attachment, and mindfulness. While we can’t control how we respond to challenging events, we can work to rewire our neurology by accessing the unconscious.Â
This form of processing differs from traditional talk therapy; Dani will teach you how to speak the language of Parts through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) helps identify the core negative beliefs or wounds we unconsciously hold about ourselves, and offers the system an alternative belief so we can feel calm, confident and compassionate toward ourselves and others.
Dani aims to create a space that allows you to feel safe, relaxed, and free from judgment. She works from a feminist lens, meaning you are not something that is broken and needs fixing. You are whole and have adapted to your environment in ways that served you until now. With compassion, openness, and a bit of humour, she will invite you to meet yourself.
She works with youth (14+) and adults of all body types, backgrounds and identities. Dani helps navigate stress, anxiety, and burnout. She also assists couples and individuals through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. She enjoys working with athletes, students and the aging population to support them with grief and life transitions, communication and boundaries, eating disorders, and addiction.
